PLEASE NOTE: We are experiencing delays due to Covid19. Most orders are delayed from their normal ship times. We are still open and processing them but there will be a delay up to 2 weeks in additional processing time.
- We ship Monday to Friday. We don’t have a warehouse, so each item is produced once the order is placed. It takes 2-7 business days to create our products. Orders usually ship within the same week you place them.
- You get an e-mail with your tracking number as soon as the package leaves.
- Return shipment costs are not reimbursed. You have to pay for this yourself.
How much does shipping cost?
- We offer shipping to anywhere in United States and Europe. We do not offer other international shipping at this time.
- All prices, including products and shipping costs, are calculated in Euros.
- Shipping costs are a flat 4€ for the 1st item and 2€ for each additional item.
How long does shipping take?
We take really good care about our products, therefore we don’t store anywhere. We create your product as soon as you order so you will have a completely brand new item, fresh from production line.
It takes about 2–7 business days to create our products. As soon as your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with the tracking number. For United States it could take up to 5 days and for some countries in Europe it could take up to 9 days of shipping time.
